Camps and Clinics
SUMMER UPDATE

There appears to be many lacrosse camps in our region to choice from this summer. Some of the more reasonably priced day camps operate 4-days with rain make-up on Friday. An extensive list of camps can be found at

www.InsideLacrosse.com. Click on CAMPS and search in VA. www.LaxPower.com also lists a few camps.

Local Boys LACROSSE CAMPS:
Triple Edge - Gristmill - All ages (Early AUG).  http://www.tripleedgelax.com/

St. Stephen’s & St. Agnes -  We actually have a camp if there are any parents asking for info that starts just as schools are letting out. It is in the evenings, so it’s generally more convenient for most families. It is for boys ages 7-13, and it runs M-TH in June from 5pm 8pm. Our Varsity staff will be directing it along with some of our Varsity players. If anyone is interested please have them contact me, and I can get them the specific materials for sign up. Thanks. Out of Town Boys LACROSSE CAMPS:

Rising All American Camp @ Hampden-Sydney College - this camp is a top camp.  The coaches are two of the best in DIII and excellent role models and teachers.  Worth every penny.   www.lacrosseperfomanceschool.com

MADLAX Travel & MELL:

Also, for rising and returning Varsity players (of all ages), I would suggest trying out for the Madlax Travel teams.  Details can be found on the website www.madlax.com click on the link that says All Star Teams, even if you do not make one of the teams.  There are always 5-10 DII & DIII college coaches at these things as evaluators (I am also an evaluator), and you never know who might see you make a play.  It is also a great way to get several hours of lacrosse with and against the top players (public and private) in the DC metro area.  It’s a lot of fun....mostly they do some drills and scrimmage.

The Metro Elite Lacrosse League (MELL)
combines rising and returning college players with and against the areas best rising Seniors....this is a great league for those of you looking to play at the next level.  www.madlax.com
