The dates are Friday, 16 July to Tuesday, 20 July.

We propose to depart in privately owned vehicles early on the morning of Friday, 16 July, and drive straight through to Ottawa, Canada (approximately 9 hours).

Saturday and Sunday will be the tournament, with a minimum of two matches each day, more if we are winning.

Monday will be a free day, and we currently are planning a recreational activity, possibly whitewater rafting. This will be a moderate whitewater rafting trip, and is an optional event for all players and tourists.

We intend to return to Alexandria by the evening of Tuesday, 20 July.
