Passport

All tourists must have a valid US passport to enter Canada, and to re-enter the US.

Border Letter

All players must have a parent-signed letter authorizing the movement of the minor child across the international border.  The format and contents of this letter, and whether or not it needs to be notarized is still being coordinated.

Liability Waiver (coming)

All players must have a liability waiver and release signed by a parent.

Permission Slip (coming)

All players on tour, whether accompanied by a parent or not, must have a tour permission slip signed by a parent. This permission slip will also give details about medical conditions/allergies and medications, give the tour directors permission to administer or supervise medication, and permission to allow treatment for injuries.

USA Rugby Registration

All players must be registered with USA Rugby (CIPP).  This is a requirement for FHYAA Rugby registration, so should already have been completed.
