Click here for the USA Rugby individual online enrollment.  To register a player, click the "Create/Renew Individual Membership" link.  Our club is "Fort Hunt Youth Athletic Association Rugby Club."  The cost is $10, which is in addition to the FHYAA registration fee.

Youth Players: Click here for the USA Rugby Minor Player waiver form.  Please complete, sign, and turn in this form to the coaches.

Adult Volunteers/Coaches: Click here for the USA Rugby adult waiver form.  Please complete, sign, and turn this in.

All players for the Spring 2012 high school and Summer 2012 seasons must be registered with both FHYAA and USA Rugby, and have all forms completed and turned in before they will receive their jersey, or before they are allowed to play in a match (touch or tackle).
