Before you start reading, take some time to look at the following videos:

• A short video from USA Rugby called "I Play Rugby."
• A six-minute video produced by the English Rugby Union, about the core values of rugby everywhere: teamwork, discipline, enjoyment, respect, and sportsmanship.  This may be an English video about English rugby, but our values are exactly the same.
• A 7-minute video from the International Rugby Board on the IRB Playing Charter, the fundamental concepts of rugby.
